Where the TN350 has an advertised output of approximately 2500 pages, the Brother TN360 Toner Cartridge can produce an estimated 2600 pages. Actually, it can produce even more if you take advantage of some masking tape. Just place small pieces of making tape over the small holes in the cartridge before you install it. The printer determines when to tell you the toner cartridge is empty by shining a light into the holes and using it to read the level of ink remaining. However, it vastly undershoots the actual ink that remains. By covering the holes, you can trick the printer into thinking there’s plenty of ink left, and continue to print with the old cartridge until the ink starts to streak – in some cases, over one thousand pages later.
